Job Description:

We are looking for Employer Reputation Manager who will oversee all aspects of the global Mars employer reputation strategy and implementation across all channels and initiatives for Mars Inc, the company where talent is a top priority for all Mars Inc business segments and a highly competitive talent landscape.
What are we looking for?
- University degree (preferably in HR, Business)
- At least 5 years project planning & process experience
- Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field (preferably within a corporate environment)
- Experience managing external vendors
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating cross-business employer reputation strategies in a complex, diverse, and high growth business is highly desirable
- Successfully developed and delivered Employer Reputation Strategies i.e. EVP / Campaigns in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Willing and able to assume a travel schedule of up to 25%
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop, lead, & deploy global Employer Reputation strategies & programs, influencing all levels of leadership across P&O and Corporate Affairs, including agency partners, aligned with business objectives and enterprise people/talent strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic influencer for segments, centers of expertise, regional and local Talent Acquisition (TA), Early Talent, and Employer Reputation teams to create programs that raise Mars’ reputation as an employer, delivering ongoing training and counsel.
- Manage and deploy the EVP as well as the creation and management of the overall messaging map for general and targeted personas.
- Lead, develop & engage the Employer Reputation community to ensure consistent delivery of EVP & creative deployment strategy.
- Lead, manage & design employer reputation tools, resources & systems e.g. Brand guidelines, Employer Reputation Portal (Papirfly), Teams Group, community calls
- Develop and track relevant metrics to assess ROI on all activities, including competitor and market analysis, HR and employer brand dashboards, rankings and surveys
- Own development and management of the global Employer Reputation guidelines, including materials supporting the activation and deployment of the EVP and creative campaign
- Develop and track relevant metrics to assess ROI on all activities:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to evolve and enhance the creative campaign, including gathering insights to understand needs, and what’s working with respect to employer reputation efforts
- Assess key metrics (i.e. Employer Brand Index, P&O Health dashboard, Universum Rankings, etc.) and determine areas for improvement to enhance the Mars employer reputation within target populations and across assigned geography
- Collaborate with segment and/or local P&O, Sourcing and Recruiting teams to ensure the Creative Campaign is driving the attraction needed for all disciplines and experience levels
