Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, screening, selection and job offering
Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination
Preparing monthly payroll of employee, including overtime entitlement, and Government Statutory Contributions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection for smooth onboarding process
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's values and culture, assist in the communication/ interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Maintain and update all company confidential data and documentation with integrity manner.
Upkeep employee information database.
Oversee company administrative matters and upkeep of company facilities and equipment.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year and above of working experiences in related field is required for this position
Must be well versed with Employment Act
Proficient and excellence in communication and writing: English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
Hardworking & Willing to learn attitude.
Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
