We provide comprehensive financial services to a diverse global client base, and we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to support our bookkeeping operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing financial records and maintaining accurate bookkeeping entries.
- Process and perform checks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Support in general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in performing numerical calculations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience or internships in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fully working in an office based in Kuala Lumpur.
