We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Clovertech Family.

As our team’s Technical Writer, you will be working on making users comfortable with the product, which requires a deep understanding of both the company side and the user perspective. Your daily activities will include cooperating with designers, QA engineers, game producers, project managers, and developers.
What you will do
- Analyzing internal product information (GDD, Google Sheets info, and others) in order to convert it into a comprehensive user-friendly text.
- Composing end-user documentation while adhering to the company’s writing style.
- Maintaining (keeping up to date, editing upon request) the existing documentation (both internal and end-user ones).
- Tight cooperation with designers, aiming to deliver the highest quality user-involving product looks.
- Implementing new user guides and updating the existing ones using code repositories.
- Coordinating localization processes.
- Preparing release documentation.
Requirements
- At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency (crucial); you must be well aware of English variations, writing styles, lexicology, and semantics.
- At least one year of writing experience (copywriting, creative writing, technical writing, and others; all experiences are welcome). Please, note that only English writing experiences are taken into account.
- Advanced Google Docs/MS Word skills, basics of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JMM/JSON, and XML.
- Experience in using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, related apps) and source data repositories (such as Gitlab and SVN).
- Understanding the basics of SDLC.
- Being a proactive, result-oriented, attentive, and creative personality.
Nice to have:
- A degree (at least BA) majoring in English (general/applied linguistics, English language, literature, etc).
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency.
- A text portfolio (any English text examples are welcome; articles, user guides, anything you can provide to showcase your personal writing style and the way you operate the language).
- Experience in working with gambling products.
- We highly appreciate any video gaming experience:).
