In this role, you will combine your analytical and stakeholder management skills and support us in data collection process for Credit Risk models’ development. Most of your daily work will be related to data, analysis, and communication across the different areas in Danske Bank, but the highest on the agenda are team efforts and empowerment.

Understand and accept data requirements

You will be responsible for gathering debt collection related data and understanding its usage across Danske Bank. You will contribute to enabling modelling team developing new generation of Credit Risk models. As part of this, you will also collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group to obtain the necessary understanding and acceptance of the data requirements.

Establish a process to ensure that regulatory required data from debt collection processes is being collected in a proper quality and format, which will include:

  • Understand the usage of the data and be able to communicate it to different stakeholders.
  • Understand the relevant regulatory requirements and work with data users to ensure that data is fit for purpose.

You will work with IT and other relevant stakeholders to establish a database to store data and ensure proper maintenance and governance of it – and work together with debt collection teams across the Danske Bank to populate the database.

Can you code and handle details?

We need you who have good data base knowledge - who can code and get into details. But you also need to be able to go into the business and understand debs collect processes. To do this, we think you have:

  • A Higher Education (i.e., mathematics, physics, economics, engineering, statistics or similar), so you’re able to handle and understand all the data
  • Work experience in analytical field and stakeholder management
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience with SQL, MS Access, MS Excel

You are a great collaborator and know how to stand your ground while being polite and helpful. If you also have experience with the credit risk parameters PD, EaD, LGD or AVM – then we think, you could be a good match!

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3360 to 5040 EUR monthly.
