As a Designer Service Consultant, you will focus on providing service to DesignCrowd’s global network of designers. You will have responsibility for handling inbound queries about our platform and assisting designers in achieving the best possible results from their experience on DesignCrowd. You will assist designers by solving problems over email, telephone calls and social media. In addition to these core activities, you will play a key role in managing and promoting high quality design on DesignCrowd. A portion of your time will be spent reviewing designer portfolios, new designer’s submissions, and identifying designs which do not adhere to DesignCrowd’s quality standards. Lastly, from time to time you will need to show your awesome design skills by helping with some design tweaks to ensure project get completed successfully and files provided to customers are up to standards.
Your capabilities:
- You must hold a university degree
- You must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in Customer Service
- Outstanding English language skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Competent graphic design software knowledge (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite)

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
