Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The Warehouse Team Lead's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, and preparing relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and managing daily activities in warehouse, including receiving, storage and picking to ensure operation efficiency

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Monitor and review workflow, manpower allocation, space requirement and develop action plans for productivity

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Ensure warehouse goods and facilities are well maintained in accordance with safety measures, including vehicles, equipment, tools etc

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Able to manage multiple assignments and meets deadlines

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Lead and develop staff in fulfilling company’s safety, quality delivery, productivity, and cost goals

Inventory management

Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment as and when required
We are looking for
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
-
At least 5 year (s) of hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics
-
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including trade compliance, managing sea and air shipments & import/export operations, procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Ability to communicate in local language.

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Time management skills and excellent leadership skills.

Good communication skill is needed
