Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) is fundamental on that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.
Your ‘day to day’:
Ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy of PMI products (Combustible Cigarettes, Heets, Strategic Business Lines) seeking to improve the performance of PMI brands by the direct sales force, through the sales team in charge. Guarantee an execution with excellence of activities, thus improving the fundamentals of the market.
1. Build and maintain daily/weekly sales plans that allow the fulfilment of volume objectives in the different products, both monthly and annually, supported by the management of accurate resources and always seeking to increase the benefit of PMI.
2. Guarantee the execution of the fundamentals (coverage, efficiency, # of visits, frequency, collection of information, among others) of the market through the maximization of available resources, including the sales forces, who are encouraged to operate efficiently and productive.
3. Craft the channel strategy for your territory to execute the portfolio plan or business plan. Through knowledge and analysis of the territory, propose ideas and/or plans to improve the results of the territory.
4. Carry out the required supervisory processes for the sales force (Work With and Work Behind) to guarantee the accurate implementation of the plans and provide constant feedback to the sales teams.
5. Guarantee that the financial agreements agreed with the marketing clients are stayed in sync with maintain a healthy portfolio.

Who we’re looking for:
- A minimum of a university degree in Business, Commercial, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Proven experience of 5 years in sales, commercial, consumer focus in Fast-moving consumer goods companies.
- At least 2 years of experience leading direct or indirect teams.
- Solid understanding of route to market, trade channels such as wholesalers, distributors, and traditional channel.
- Validated personal leadership, communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office.
- Medium English level is preferred.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
