We're on a constant quest for top talent. In such a competitive landscape, this is no easy task. We're looking for a Recruiter with the determination and resourcefulness to find amazing and diverse talent to fuel SoundHound AI's continued growth. You'll work closely with leaders to develop a deep understanding of the requirements of their roles, then identify, engage, and close candidates who add to SoundHound's culture.
This is a temporary role, up to 40 hours per week. The salary range is $40-$45 per hour. Continued temporary employment will be evaluated monthly based on hiring needs.
In this role, you will:
- Recruit for technical and non-technical job openings in North America and Europe
- Own all prospect and candidate engagement and management
- Follow established, in-house recruiting processes/workflows to optimize throughput and output
- Manage multiple hiring projects concurrently from inception to close, ultimately completing them on time while ensuring a great candidate experience
- Build reports and reference data when speaking about the health of your hiring projects and expected project completion
- Raise the bar on SoundHound AI's recruiting capabilities by sharing creative ideas, best practices, and process improvements
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have 2-5 years of recruiting experience working in a search firm or tech company environment
- You have recruited a wide variety of seniority levels and roles like software engineers, product managers, and sales account executives
- You have an exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, speaking to their motivation, career goals, and interests
- You utilize project management skills to keep your hiring projects on track
- You possess expert-level abilities in using social channels to prospect and drive candidate referrals
- You have a proven ability to build trust with stakeholders while managing expectations
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional follow-up
- You believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and can point to specific examples in your career in which you have advocated for and built a more diverse team
- You are a great teammate with a sense of urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
