(一)工作職責
编制、修订公司年度和中长期投资计划,落实公司发展战略,监督投资计划完成情况;
负责组织开展重大资产、业务的收购、兼并、重组、整合工作;承办投资项目的立项、申报、批复以及项目管理工作;承担投资审核委员会秘书处工作;
协助下属企业开展船舶购建、处置项目可行性研究,推动项目实施;
负责投资项目档案管理工作;
负责公司投资管理制度的修订;
完成公司交办的其他工作。
(二)任職要求
本科及以上学历,经济类、管理类、财经类、理工类相关专业;
具有5年或以上相关工作经验;
熟练操作word/excel/powerpoint等办公软件;
熟练掌握英语,具有较强的读、听、说、写能力;
熟悉航运企业经营运作模式;
逻辑严谨,具备一定的组织、协调、解决问题的能力。
( 1 ) Job Responsibilities :
Develop and revise the company's annual and medium-to-long term investment plans, implement the company's development strategy, and supervise the completion of investment plans;
Responsible for organizing major asset and business acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, and integrations; undertake investment project proposal, application, approval, and project management work; and handle the secretariat of the investment review committee;
Assist subordinate companies in conducting feasibility studies for shipbuilding and disposal projects, and promote project implementation;
Responsible for investment project file management;
Responsible for revising the company's investment management system;
Other related work.
( 2 ) Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in economics, management, finance, science and engineering or related fields;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Proficient in English with strong abilities in reading, listening, speaking, and writing;
Familiar with the operational models of shipping enterprises;
Logical, organized, and able to coordinate and solve problems.
