Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that all billing tasks are completed in line with month-end timetable as set by Finance.
- To identify and report any revenue provisions required for the period.
- Ensure full compliance with SOX standards.
- KPI’s set up and recurrent report to A2C Lead, Controlling department, Accounting Department.
- To maintain a log of all supplementary Invoices and Credit Notes requested and ensure appropriate authorisation has been obtained before they are processed on the necessary billing platform.
- Ensure that billing team on all incoming paperwork it is complete in its detail, make-up and authorisation, and billing team to liaise with the requestors to obtain any missing information.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of authorised written requests for Invoices or Credit Notes.
- Manage month end’s close task and report within Billing team and its support.
- To manage the Billing team, including management of staff targets, performance management and training & development.

Key Skills Required
- Fluent English & German level C1.
- Good knowledge of the legal norms of invoicing (legal info on invoices, archiving, e-invoices, system of mass sending invoices , customer web portal).
- Good Understanding of operational workflow principles and improvement leverages.
- Knowledge of database reporting systems, report and KPI’s set up.
- KPI analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good accounting and controlling skills to manage accruals, journal entries, customer AR.
- Oracle or similar ERP AR workflow application and billing tools.
